How do I find my part number?
You can search by vendor specific numbers using the Part Search at the top of the page.
You may also select Part Lookup from the navigation menu. There you will be able to search for your transmission using our Transmission Guide, browse transmissions by make, or browse transmissions by name.
What is your return policy?
An authorization is required for all returns. Please call customer service ( (800)-940-0197 ) and request a return authorization number. No freight or restocking fee will be charged on items found defective or not as ordered. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all other returns. All returns are subject to inspection prior to issuing credit. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package and send freight prepaid to:

How quickly do orders ship?
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt on regular business days.
Depending on the size and weight of the items, orders will be shipped by either freight line or UPS Ground service. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
